Esplendor Geométrico

Reissue of the second LP by the cult industrial band Esplendor Geométrico, here in an expanded version! Following their debut LP, Héroe del Trabajo/El Acero del Partido (1982), and a period of low activity, E.G. reappeared in 1985 with Comisario de la Luz/Blanco de Fuerza, a mid-'80s industrial classic, in the band's noisiest, darkest, and harshest period. Here are subsonic frequencies ("Comisario de la Luz II"), noisy - minimal rhythms ("Blanco de Fuerza II") and distorted melodic lines ("Blanco de Fuerza III"), resulting a record that captures the true spirit of eighties industrial-noise. The reissue comes with an extra vinyl that includes the four amazing tracks originally released on the compilation Bruitiste, as well as other rarities recorded during the same period, which were included on various older compilations released on CD. Recorded in Madrid between 1983 and 1988. Remastered in 2026 by Luca Spagnoletti. Design: Alonso Urbanos. Images: Andrés Noarbe. Limited edition of 500 copies, 400 on black vinyl.
