*500 copies limited edition pink vinyl* "Così come sei' is a 1978 film directed by Alberto Lattuada, a sentimental drama starring the two leads Marcello Mastroianni and Nastassja Kinski, at the time of filming still very young but already praised for her acting skills.
The soundtrack composed, orchestrated and directed by Ennio Morricone is therefore steeped in romantic atmospheres, and celestial melodies drawn from wind instruments set to symphonic pop gems and embellished on more than one occasion by the choirs of Alessandro Alessandroni's Cantori Moderni and Oscar Valdambrini's trumpet. In addition, a feature that probably makes this work unique within Morricone's repertoire is the presence of 'Dance On' and 'Spazio 1999', two tracks of funk-rock and disco music, genres very much in vogue in the late 1970s.
Originally published in 1978 and reissued in a few subsequent editions, the soundtrack to 'Così come sei' had been missing on vinyl for almost 40 years and is here finally reissued with remastered audio and a new graphic layout, on 180gr pink vinyl.
