Original German edition on CBS of the 1984 New-Age/World crossover music by Swiss electro-acoustic harpist.

condition (record/cover): VG (surface noise throughout) / VG+ (small tag on front and light ring wear on back)

More of the same enchanted territory. White Winds (subtitled Seeker's Journey, 1984) caught Andreas Vollenweider at the height of his popularity, the modified harp gliding over lush, faintly mystical arrangements that sold by the truckload to a public that had never heard of Cluster or Can.

Like its companion in this list, it sits at the soft, commercial edge of the German-speaking electronic and ambient world rather than in its experimental heart. Pleasant, polished, and best taken on its own terms. On CBS.
